SKY Airlines Human Resources Department is striving to maximize the personal productivity of their employees by not only supporting their business lives but also dedicated itself to enhance the quality of their staff's personal lives, to help develop their employees' motivation and creativity, to find and provide for their developmental skills such as education, and to present them career opportunities. SKY Airlines Human Resources Department believes that in the core of the success there is human centered management which strives to fulfill the deficiencies for their employees, and to contribute the employee developments. Job definitions are determined after a business analysis; and dependent upon that analysis, the performance evaluation system determines the areas where employees need improvement, and thus the necessary services, help, support etc. for those individuals who need these particular services are provided.
